Begin your day at the scenic Ligaria Bay, where you meet the expert instructor who will guide you through your freediving adventure. Start with a 45-minute theory session to understand the basics of freediving, including essential breath-hold techniques that will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. This initial introduction sets the stage for your underwater exploration.

Following the theory session, gear up and move to the water to put into practice what you’ve learned. Spend 45 minutes freediving in the calm, clear waters of Ligaria Beach. The bay is teeming with marine life, providing an idyllic environment for practicing your skills. Glide past colorful fish, spot starfish resting on the sea floor, and maybe even encounter a curious turtle or two. The clear water conditions and the secluded nature of the bay make it an ideal spot for beginners to experience the underwater world safely.
